Website enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email address, company, enquiry topic and message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting business communication.
The contact form is processed through Formspree. Information submitted through the form is transmitted to that service so that Hub Carbon can receive and respond to your enquiry. You should avoid including sensitive or unnecessary personal information in the message.
Cookies and similar technologies
Hub Carbon currently uses a privacy-first approach. This website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. We use essential browser storage to remember your privacy choice so that the cookie notice does not need to be shown on every visit.
UK rules require organisations to explain the storage and access technologies they use and, where consent is required, obtain consent before using non-exempt technologies. Hub Carbon will seek consent before activating optional analytics, advertising or similar tracking technologies if these are introduced in future.
Your choices
You can open Cookie settings at any time from the website footer to review your current choices. If optional technologies are introduced, the settings will provide appropriate controls before those technologies are activated.
Data retention and security
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including handling the enquiry, maintaining appropriate business records and meeting legal obligations. We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives individuals rights concerning their personal information, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You can contact us at info@hubcarbon.com if you want to exercise a right or ask a privacy question.
